In English

By accessing or using bhartihive.in (the “Site”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the site

1.1 The Site is provided free of cost for personal, non-commercial information consumption — primarily for Indian government-job aspirants.

1.2 You may read, share, and reference posts under standard fair-use conventions. You may link to Bharti Hive posts from social media, blogs, or other sites.

1.3 You may not:
– Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Bharti Hive content for republishing on another site without written permission
– Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, AI training) to ingest the Site’s content at scale
– Republish whole posts elsewhere without attribution + a backlink to the original Bharti Hive URL
– Use the Site or its content to mislead applicants, charge fees you don’t have authority to charge, or impersonate any government / recruitment body
– Engage in any activity that disrupts the Site’s normal operation (DoS attempts, security probing, etc.)

2. Intellectual property

2.1 Original content on Bharti Hive (post bodies, original commentary, branding, layout, code) is the intellectual property of the Bharti Hive editorial team.

2.2 Source material (government notifications, official PDFs, vacancy details) is reproduced under the doctrine of fair use for editorial and educational purposes. All source attributions are clearly marked at the end of each post.

2.3 Republishing requires permission: If you want to reproduce a Bharti Hive post on your own site, blog, or social media account in full or substantially, please email contact@bhartihive.in for written permission. We typically grant non-commercial use with a backlink at no charge.

2.4 Trademark notice: “Bharti Hive” and the bee 🐝 mark are trademarks of the editorial team. Names of government commissions (SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, etc.) are trademarks/service marks of their respective owners and are used here under fair-use for editorial reference only.

3. User-submitted content (comments)

3.1 If you leave a comment on a post, you grant Bharti Hive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, edit (for length / clarity / formatting), and moderate your comment.

3.2 You retain copyright in your comment but agree it may be removed at any time for any reason.

3.3 You agree not to post:
– Spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotion
– Personal attacks, hate speech, casteist / communal slurs, or harassment
– Misleading information (e.g., fake selection guarantees, fake notification links)
– Personal data of third parties (Aadhaar, phone numbers, addresses)
– Copyrighted material without authorization

3.4 We reserve the right to remove any comment without notice and to block repeat offenders.

4. Advertising

4.1 Bharti Hive may display advertisements via Google AdSense and similar networks to support the editorial operation. Ad content is served algorithmically — Bharti Hive does not endorse, vet, or take responsibility for products / services advertised.

4.2 If you see an objectionable or misleading ad, please email contact@bhartihive.in with a screenshot — we’ll work with the ad network to block similar ads.

5. External links and third-party services

5.1 Posts on Bharti Hive link to external websites — official government pages, notification PDFs, aggregator sources, etc. We do not control those external sites and do not warrant their availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.

5.2 Following external links is at your own risk. Government websites can be down, may require specific browsers, and may use cookies / tracking that we have no insight into.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

6.1 The Site and all content are provided “AS IS” with no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2 We do not warrant that:
– Information is error-free or up-to-date
– The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or virus-free
– Any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe

6.3 See our full Disclaimer for additional context on accuracy and verification responsibilities.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bharti Hive, its editorial team, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
– Use of or inability to use the Site
– Reliance on information published on the Site
– Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
– Interruption or delay of service

7.2 In the maximum aggregate, our liability for any claim is limited to INR 100 (one hundred rupees) — reflecting the fact that the Site is provided free of charge and we collect no fees from readers.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bharti Hive, its editorial team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
– Your violation of these Terms
– Your misuse of Site content
– Your User-submitted content infringing third-party rights

9. Modification of terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect on the “Effective from” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted via a homepage banner for 7 days. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or remove access for any User who violates these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 2 (IP), 6 (Warranties), 7 (Liability), 8 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically:
– Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules thereunder)
– Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
– Indian Contract Act, 1872

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
